Frequently asked questions
We handle both small runs and large orders – from short, few-piece jobs to high-volume production. The minimum quantity depends on the decoration technique chosen, so for unusual or smaller orders it is best to write to us for an individual quote.
Lead time depends on the technique, the quantity and stock availability – as standard it is usually from a few to a dozen or so working days from artwork approval. For urgent projects please get in touch; where possible we also run orders on a fast track.
It is best to supply the logo as a vector file (.ai, .eps, .pdf or .svg) or as a high-resolution raster image (.png with a transparent background). Vector files give the best quality and precision, especially for embroidery. If you do not have a suitable file, we will help prepare the artwork for production.
Embroidery works where durability and an elegant, raised effect matter – for example on polo shirts, shirts, caps or premium apparel. Printing (screen printing, DTG, sublimation, transfer) reproduces multicolour and photographic designs and large areas better. We will advise you and match the technique to the fabric, the quantity and the character of the artwork.
For most jobs we source apparel from trusted manufacturers (including Stanley & Stella, B&C, Russell), which ensures consistent quality and size availability. Decorating garments supplied by the customer is agreed individually – please contact us with details of the fabric.
Yes. Before production starts we prepare a visualisation – an artwork proof for approval, so that you can see exactly how the final result will look. We only begin production once you have approved it.
