Embroidered beanies are the winter counterpart of the cap: for outdoor teams, logistics, Christmas gift packs, fan merchandise and runs. We decorate 22 models from Atlantis, Flexfit and Stanley/Stella in our own plant.
Embroidered beanies
On knitted beanies embroidery is the best choice: with a stabilising backing the logo keeps its shape on the stretchy knit and survives many washes. The logo usually sits on the cuff or front.

Every order at RAVEN starts with a free mock-up of your logo on the chosen model; we decorate in our own embroidery and printing plant in Łódź, Poland, and handle short runs as well as large corporate orders.

We produce in series only – from short runs to large corporate orders; we do not make single pieces. The minimum quantity depends on the technique and model, and we confirm it in the quote.
Embroidery – it is the most durable on knitwear. Flex or transfer only for small single-colour lettering.
The cost depends on the technique, the size of the artwork and the quantity: the larger the run, the lower the price per piece. We quote exactly after receiving your logo and quantities; the garment price depends on the model and brand.
Typically from a few to a dozen or so working days after you approve the mock-up, depending on quantity, technique and stock at the manufacturer. For urgent deadlines, please contact us.
